WALK OF LIBERATION

Walk of Liberation is a new 55-mile commemorative journey from Auschwitz-Birkenau to Krakow, retracing the route taken by Holocaust survivors after the camp's liberation in January 1945. On January 27th participants walk from darkness toward renewal, following in the footsteps of those who emerged from the camps and began rebuilding their lives.
